How we work
What happens after your first message.
Every project has five stages: talk, plan, build, launch and support. Here is what happens in each one and how long it usually takes. We start building only after you agree to a written plan.
Talk to an engineer01
Talk
1–3 days
You tell us what you need, in your own words. We ask questions until we understand how your business runs.
02
Plan
3–5 days
We write down what we will build, in what order, by when and for how much. Then you decide.
03
Build
1–12 weeks
We build in small steps. A business website is usually live 2–3 weeks after you agree to the plan. A mobile app takes 8–12 weeks.
04
Launch
2–5 days
We run the final checks, then go live. Apple and Google approve every new app first, which can add a few days.
05
Support
30 days of fixes
For 30 days after launch, fixes are free. That covers anything that does not work the way the plan says.
Getting started
The first two stages cost nothing.
You pay only after you approve the written plan.
