Price, timing and who owns what.
How much does a project cost?
Most business websites cost 1,000 to 3,000 USD. Booking systems and automation are often 3,000 to 8,000 USD. Apps and larger systems usually cost over 8,000 USD. You get one fixed price in a written plan, before work starts. It changes only if you agree to new work. The plan is free, and you keep it even if you say no.
How long will it take?
Once you agree to the plan, most projects take 1 to 6 weeks. Larger systems take 6 to 12 weeks, and mobile apps 8 to 12. Before that, the first talk and the plan take about 1 to 2 weeks. Your plan gives a date for each part. If a date has to move, we tell you as soon as we know, and why.
Who owns the code, the domain and the accounts?
You do, from the first day. The domain, hosting, code and every account are in your name, not ours. That includes any AI we set up: the instructions we give it, its settings and your data. You can move all of it to another developer without asking us.
What happens after launch?
For 30 days after launch, fixes are free. A fix is anything that does not work the way the plan says. After that, support is optional. It covers updates, backups and small changes, for an agreed monthly fee. Or move to any developer you like.
What happens to our data when you use AI?
Your plan names every outside AI tool we use, and what data it will see. We pick tools that do not use your data to improve their own AI. We send them only what a task needs. If a task is too sensitive for AI, we say so and build it another way.
Do we need to meet in person?
No. We work with you on WhatsApp, by message or by call, and we write every decision down. Every week you get a link to the latest version, to try from anywhere. Nothing depends on being in the same room.
